Extended rugby training

With the first festival only 4 weeks away this training session will be an extended session focusing on Positions and game-play.

There will be a lot of focus on positional roles and skills with a lot of practicing set pieces etc.

We will finish with an interesting game of Easter Egg Rugby.

Please make sure to dress warm, e.g. base-layer, good gloves with grip, beanie, gum-shield.
