P16 Rugby - Tabata

We have been lucky to be invited to 3 tabata sessions and 3 wrestling sessions (great fun and brilliant training for rugby!) with the P18s on the next 6 Saturdays, starting with Tabata this Saturday the 14th. The 6 sessions cost 600kr per person which should be swished to Neil Coatsworth, 0706045743. (Parents & siblings are more than welcome to join the Tabata sessions at a price of 150kr per session, per person)
