Teams invited: U8, U10, U12, P14, F15/16, P16, F18, P18.

Dear All,
It gives us great pleasure to invite your club to our annual Pre-season 5s festival on the 27th of April 2024, for a day of fun, actionpacked Rugby.

Please note that our aim is for all teams to play a minimum of 4 matches.

We kindly ask that all coaches prepare their teams mentally and physically in preparation for this event. During the day, referees will be asked to referee matches with a “coaching” style to emphasise the fact that this is a pre-season “training” event.

RSVP: Kindly confirm which of your teams and amount of players (including coaches) will be attending the event by Saturday the 20th of April.

Parking: The sportsground is situated on two plateaus. Parking spaces (limited in nature) are available by the forest (at the top of the ground), or alternatively at the lower end of the ground and in the surrounding locality (please ensure to check street signs when parking on the street). Where possible we advise car sharing to minimise competition for parking spaces.

Facilities & refreshments: Changing rooms and toilets are located in the large pavilion in the centre of the sportsground. A burger and drink will be provided for all players and coaches. Supporters are welcome to purchase refreshments at the clubhouse.
