As usual we step up our training intervals in April to Mon & Wed, though we do not have access to the pitch on Mondays.
Instead we will have our strength and fitness session on Mon, focusing rest of week on skills & technique.
We will gather at Skavlöten, to make use of their outdoor facilities and tracks.
Bring: running shoes, water bottle & your parents!
