Family Day BBQ

Hi Folks,
After a much desired get togther for the U12 family, we finally hope to have the weather on our side...and the space of our new house. :-)
We thus invite all to join us for a family BBQ on Sat 1st June.
We play a festival in Skarpnäck in the morning, hosted by Exiles, then we plan to gather at our home in Resarö for a get together. The focus if for this kids to have some social time; playing rugby, swimming and having fun. Also an opportunity to share some info and plans with the parents, but more importantly a chance for all to interact and get to know each other even better!
When: Sat 1st June, 15:30
Where: Västerskogsvägen 27, Resarö (Vaxholm)
What to bring: Bring your own drinks & swimming kit --> we'll fix the food! (may need some help though :-)
please reply with a Yes / No including number adults & kids.
As we have a number of activities for the kids planned for the year: to support on the admin, I ask if all players could make a payment into a *players kitty* that we can use to cover expenses. This will be offset by activities that players are directly involved with. Any unused funds will be reimbursed.
Please could all SWISH a payment of 500kr per player to 070 214 7280.
We look forward to as many of you as possible able to join.
