End of Season event - Laserdom

This year?s U12's end of season activity will be some food and fun in Arninge on the 25th November.
I have booked the whole Laserdome arena for 3 x 16 min games for us from 18:00 until were finished.
The arena holds up to 40 people so i need to know numbers. Kids and Parents can play.
The cost will be somewhere between 110 and 200 SEK per person playing depending on how many we are.
As it is a 18:00 start i plan on eating first at MAX.
16:30 - Meet at MAX for dinner
17:30 - Head to the Laserdome (Approx 2-3 min drive)
17:40 - Assembly time for kit and briefing.
18:00 - Start - First of 3 games.
19:15 - Gathering for a debrief of the season.
19:45 - Finish
Please reply if you?re coming and how many.
If we don?t get the numbers, then we could invite Siblings. But first is players, then parents and, or, Siblings.
